I have up for sale a very nice 1968 Pontiac GTO. Numbers matching engine along with a 4 speed manual munci transmission on the floor and factory A/C! The rear end (2.36 gear ratio) and tranny are not original. Rust free besides a small spot in the trunk, engine, tranny, and rear end all rebuilt in the last 5 years. New battery, header gaskets, valve cover gaskets, and tail shaft seal. Also has new wheel cylinders all around. At this moment it should have brake shoes replaced in the rear but nothing too pressing. No fluid leaks of any kind. The body does have a few minor dings here and there. The interior it is in relatively good shape. Headliner has two holes. Speedo currently isn't functioning, I've been pressed for time and haven't been able to remove the dash to re-attach the cable. (Super easy project) The tachometer does function along with the gas gauge and several other 'dummy' lights. Sounds amazing with the current headers and it is certainly daily driveable should you choose to do that. Excellent driver quality vehicle but if you're looking for a tame project that won't require too much effort you can end your search here. I have a clean title in hand.
