We purchased our Hummer H1 from Hummer of Thousand Oaks, California on February 21, 2001. It was a brand new 2000 model year truck and we are the original owners. It came loaded with options and we had the dealer install a number of high performance after market accessories and a local high-end car electronics shop upgraded the audio system to a state-of-the-art (for 2001) mobile audio video system. We have done almost no off-road driving (we have a second Hummer H1, a 1994, that we do take off-road) and this truck is in outstanding condition with low mileage (49,825 miles as of June 23, 2013). We have done all the regular maintenance in particular regular oil changes. We LOVE our Hummers however we have decided that due to a "lifestyle down shift" we can only afford one and will keep the 1994 (the one we take off-roading) and are reluctantly selling this extraordinary example of the best truck ever made! The truck is in outstanding condition inside and out and we just had it professionally detailed. The engine is the awesome 6.5L V8 Turbo Diesel and the truck also has the AM General TT4-ABS system. The truck presently has four Goodyear Wrangler 37X12.5R17LT tires which have only a few thousand miles on them (see photo for tread depth). There is minor paint scuff on one side of the brush guard and on both side mirror arms. There is a small (4 inch approx.) scratch on the hood and a small (one inch approx.) scratch under the rear door handle. All of these are hard to see unless you're looking for them (photos supplied upon request). The paint overall is in amazing condition and it was difficult taking pictures for this listing as the the paint was so reflective after a complete detailing the day before! The front passenger arm rest broke (we are reinstalling), one of the rear audio system speakers has failed, and the DVD video system is intermittent (we rarely used it so have not tried to fix - likely a loose wire somewhere, the audio system audio works very) - otherwise perfection! We challenge you to find a Hummer wagon with this many options in this condition anywhere! We will include a factory service manual on CD-ROM in the deal. My wife and I are non-smokers and we've never allowed smoking in any of our cars.
