FOR SALE: "Ruby" our beloved Bug. This is the second bug we have had for and we loved them both. This bug was driven by our Airman and she is being deployed so we no longer need her. This 2005 SPECIAL EDITION Volkswagen Beetle Convertible GLS is definitely a "ONE OF A KIND"!!! It is in fantastic running and driving condition with only 66,800 miles. It is LOADED with Heated "Red Leather" Seats, Cold A/C, Power Convertible Top, Monsoon Stereo, CD, factory Sirius Radio , Power Windows (w/ auto up & down), Power Locks, Heated Power Mirrors, Outside Temp Display and Clock, Rear Window Defrost, Driver/Pass. Front and Side Airbags, Security System w/ Remote & Panic Button, 17" Alloy Wheels w/ Continental Tires (in good condition), Rear Spoiler w/ "Custom Fade Paintjob", HID Headlamps, Crystal Clear Front Marker lights w/ SilverStar bulbs, LED Taillights, Upgraded Fog Lamps, and Stainless Exhaust Tips. This car has the 2.0L engine and with it's fresh (1 year old 10,000 +/- miles ago) 6 Speed "TipTronic" Automatic Transmission, it runs very well. There are FOUR NEW TIRES!!!! Two just a couple months ago and two last fall. See Photos for tread depth :-) This car comes with the very best "Weather Gaurd" Tray type floor mats, a full set of four!!! You can see them in the photos. Also included is the Silk Rose and Vase in the dash, the rose color matches Ruby's custom painted dash!!! The passenger rear window needs a new motor and is inoperative now. This is the ONLY thing not working on the car!!! I purchased this vehicle from a great guy down in Texas we quickly became friends. His wording is below. The way he describes this bug is exaclty what it was and what he did do to it. I really wish we could keep her, she is a great runner and a real head turner! "I buy, repair, and sell LIGHTLY damaged Volkswagen Beetles. The Beetle is the only car I deal with, so I know them very well. I am a perfectionist when it comes to repairing these cars. I use only OEM parts, no aftermarket body parts. All paint work is done professionally with PPG basecoat/clearcoat paint. It does have a reconditioned title, but don't let that scare you away from getting a great deal on this car. This car will sell far below book value, even though it runs, drives and looks almost like new, so don't miss out. (AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY) The only parts that were replaced on this car were; the front lower grille, fog lamps, and it got a brand new updated valve body for the transmission. The only blemishes remaining on this car include; one small ding on top of the rocker panel on both sides (see pics), and the interior has a wear spot on the drivers seat (see pics). Other than that, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS CAR !!!!! I purchased this particular car to keep for myself, just because I loved the color scheme. I did a lot of extra custom paint work on it. I did the custom paint in the front grille, the fade paint on the rear spoiler, and the black/red paint work on the dashboard. This Special Edition came with the red leather interior, red ragtop, and the red accent wheels. These accents are done in a "Pearl Red" and it is a beautiful color. I have been driving this car for four months as a third vehicle in the family and now have decided not to have a third car."
