I am the second private owner and have owned it for the last 5 years. When I first purchased the car I fixed every maintenance item possible and the car was perfect. Since then, the car has been trouble free and has had no major issues. It has had regular oil changes and has been well cared for. As with any car of this age, there's a few minor things that could be fixed to make it perfect. I just brought it to my trusted mechanic to check it out, he told me to make it perfect here's what could be fixed: Air Pump, Control Valve, and Several Suspension components are starting to wear (as with any older BMW). I bet if you take any other BMW 328i from this year and the seller is honest with you, the list is much longer. If you have a good mechanic, this won't be too expensive to fix and you'll have a BMW 328i in amazing condition with low miles. You will be hard pressed to find another BMW like this within a 500 mile radius. I am selling it because I've enjoyed it for awhile and am ready to move on to my next car.
