Vehicle Detail

Truly stunning Moto Morini 175 Gran Turismo. Is not only "Giro" elegible this little bike participated in the 2006 Moto Giro d' Italia, placing 3rd in its class. Prior to the Giro it was competely restored by a well known & respected mechanic in Italy, Edoardo Vannucchi. I have known & done business with Edo for a number of years & he truly does very fine work. Beautiful casting & machining on all the little bits. I purchased the bike from him shortly after the Giro & had it shipped back from Rimini. Mileage noted is in kilometers & suspect it is not correct. Very few miles were put on bike since its arrival in the States. Ran flawlessly & has since lived a leisurely life indoors. A new battery has been ordered & will be installed before sale, as well as a thorough carb cleaning. Bike has been authenticated, & is registered with the Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme. Have number plates & windscreen from the 2006 Giro d' Italia. In the pictures with the number plates a stopwatch with mounting plate & levered actuator is pictured. I am not sure if I still am able to locate this as I have moved since pictures were taken. It will certainly be included if I can find it. Please feel free to call (Dave 651-492-2522) or email with any questions. Will be glad to assist with shipping as far as dropping bike off at carrier. I've had particuarally good luck with Forward Air over the years. On May-12-13 at 12:41:06 PDT, seller added the following information: Several people have enquired about what the reserve is. I do not divulge the reserve price to individuals. That being said, I paid Edo 5,000 euros in '06, which is roughly $6,500, & an additional $1,000 for shipping. My reserve price is substantially less than what I have invested.
