Vehicle Detail
I'm selling my 2003 Toyota Celica GTS 6-Speed. It has 156k miles mostly from me traveling on the parkway. I bought it in December of 2002 brand new and I have been the only owner. This is one of the top models of this car, the only options I didn't get were side airbags and a CD changer. It came with the factory TRD bodykit, leather interior, sunroof, power door locks/mirrors/windows, remote key entry, premium JBL stereo, driver and passenger airbags, Anti-lock brakes, etc. The list goes on and I have the original paperwork along with the price sticker with all the options. Over the years, I've tastefully modded this car with the following upgrades: -AEM Cold Air Intake w/ Apexi Power Intake filter -TRD Exhaust (Toyota brand exhaust upgrade.. not loud but gives a nice tone and performance) -JDM Headlight housings with HID low beams (projectors were converted to USDM to keep the beam pattern the same as original) -TWM short shifter with TWM weighted shift knob -LED lighting (side markers, parking lights, rear indicators, rear license plate) -SpeedSource shift cable bushings (more precise shifting feel) -Upgraded front engine mount (improves shifting) -Painted engine plastics (blue) -Painted brake calipers (black) -Blue LED dash conversion -Sony Xplod 10" dual coil sub w/ Alpine amp (hooked into stock head unit) -Replaced front speakers with Alpine Type S component Speakers I still have many of the stock parts and can swap them out if you wish. This car is quick and very fuel efficient. The manual transmission maximizes the 180hp engine and at the same time you can baby it for better gas mileage. I've been able to get up to 30mpg. I've done the majority of the maintenance myself. For oil changes I always use Mobil 1 fully-synthetic 5w-30 motor oil and OEM Toyota oil filters (done every 3000-4000 miles). I recently flushed the transmission oil and used Redline MT90 synthetic gear oil. I can go on and on about this car .. please email me for more info. This model is now discontinued and to find one as clean as this is becoming more rare. I would keep this car but I need to sell it and get a truck. Interior is mint. Front and rear bumpers have some cracks in the paint and there is a dent above passenger rear tire. Asking for $5500 negotiable.. I may consider trades for a (2005 and up) Nissan Frontier crew cab or comparable pick up truck. Check out the picture album at http://imgur.com/a/MFBox here are the pics:
