GAUGE DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS DRIVER AIRBAG FRONT-WHEEL DRIVE METALLIC PAINT PASSENGER AIRBAG POWER BRAKES POWER STEERING REAR DEFROSTER The Great Brand New Items Installed Within The Past Year: Catalytic Converter Starter Alternator Battery Crankshaft Sensor Tires - around 90% tread life left I have the original starter and alternator that work; you can have them if you like The Not so Great Needs a New Hood ($145-200) Right Headlight ($35 or less) Right Fender ($40-60) Tiny knick in the windshield (there is a clear patch over it & it has not splintered) Cosmetically there are some scratches & a scrape on the back door/ fender on the right side On the inside the headliner (top upholstery) sags & the car does need a bit of cleaning; there is a small crack in the vinyl on the side of the driver’s seat as well The heat works but the ac does not; I do have a used compressor that has not been tested but can be given at no extra charge It is possible More May Need To Be Done; But Unsure As To The Extent Of The Rest Of The Damage – If You Want To Look Under The Hood A Tool Will Be Needed To Unlatch It Car Does Start But Should Not Be Driven In its Current condition I have described the car to the best of my abilities. Do expect a used vehicle with front end damage. I do not ship vehicles so all transportation arrangements have to be arranged by the buyer. I can give a referral to a company that is fairly reasonable with pricing. A non-refundable deposit of 200.00 is due within 48 Hrs. of auction closing. I do not mind taking a personal check or money order for the remainder of the purchase but it will have to clear PRIOR to picking up the vehicle. Thanks. Terms of Sale Deposit - The successful high bidder must contact the seller via email within 24 hours to submit a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before pick up of the vehicle. Payment - Cash, or CLEARED Cashier Check, Certified Check, Personal Check are the only methods of payment. All funds must be in US dollars only. Taxes and Registration fees: Buyer is responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Buyer's Inspection - Every effort was made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle, but it is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied themselves as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment. Shipping - The buyer is responsible for pick-up or shipping of this vehicle, and all shipping charges. If you wish to have the vehicle shipped using a service, seller will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for "auto shippers." Seller assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after vehicle leaves the property. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is picked up by the shipping company. Also, the transaction needs to be complete within 7 days. After this time frame, there will be a storage fee of $20/daily. Warranty - This vehicle is being sold AS-IS, meaning no warranty is being given, written or implied. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage.
