Here is a 2001 Mustang base coupe in beautiful original Electric Green paint with a 3.8 and an automatic. I bought this beauty in 2002 with 35000 miles on her and am the second owner. I drove this mustang 100 miles a day back and forth to work for about 8 years with no issues at all. It has never broken down or left me stranded. That is what regular maintenance will do for you. Yes, as unbelievable as it may seem, this stang has 245,000 miles on it. Everything on this car is original including the paint. I've driven this car approx 2000 miles over the past 3 years. Over that period of time, I started a bit of a restoration on her including tires, brakes, front struts, battery, power steering unit, water pump and tune up. Mechanically, this mustang is in like new condition. It starts right up and runs and drives as it did 11 years ago. The interior of the call is nearly flawless and has never been smoked in. The exterior has some road rash on the drivers side front fender and a couple of bruises here and there. This vehicle is in original condition, has never needed any major repairs, and drives like it is new. This mustang would make an excellent second car or would be great for a teens first vehicle. It is also an excellent candidate for restoration and would not take much to be a new car again. This is no reserve auction and will go to the highest bidder.
