Vehicle Detail
Don't miss out on this deal. You are bidding on a 1967 Chevrolet Nova. The car is Marina Blue with Black interior. The car is an original 6 cylinder car but it is currently powered by a 350ci V-8 with a Turbo 350 Automatic and a 10 bolt posi rear end. This car, as you can see, is complete. The glass is in excellent condition and functions as it should. All the lights on the car work, turn signals, markers, headlights, tail lights, and dome light even works. Wipers work good too. It has a complete set of Carbon Fiber Ultra Lite gauges, volt, fuel, water, oil, speedometer, and tachometer. They all work!!! This cluster retails for $1000. The dash pad is in really good condition with no cracks. The upholstery is in good condition with a couple small tears in the seats and a pretty large tear in the seam of the headliner. There is no carpet because it was removed to replace the floors. The door panels look really good too. The engine is a 350 crate motor with 20,000 miles on it. It has an edelbrock carburetor with electric choke and HEI ignition. Depress the gas pedal once, hit the key and she fires right up. The motor runs really well. The transmission is a turbo 350 with a B&M ratchet shifter. The rear end is a 10 bolt posi. It has dual exhaust that sounds really good with no leaks. It has a four row radiator, new fan clutch and fan shroud. It has power steering and power brakes. The front brakes have been converted to disc and the car runs and stops perfectly straight. This car runs and drives very nice and has no pulling or wandering. I have a receipt for over $1700 for a complete front suspension overhaul, new motor mounts and radiator, fan clutch fan and fan shroud installation completed in 2006. You could definitely enjoy this car for many years as-is or restore while driving it. You decide. The car is in really good condition with some minor rust. It looks very nice driving down the road but it is definately not a show car. I took some pictures of the rust concerns in the door jambs, at the seams by the lower front quarters and on the roof pillars by the windshield. Other than the door jambs, it looks like the rest of the rust is minimal. It is starting to bubble under the paint. The two small spots in the door jambs could use some metal repair (they could be covered by the sill plates but I wanted you to be able to see them). The floors have been replaced and are very solid. The trunk is also very solid. The trunk lid is brand new. The grill and headlight bezels are in excellent condition. All of the stainless on the car looks great too. 1967 Novas are even rarer than the 1966 Novas. This one is a super cool car. You certainly can enjoy driving it just like it is. The color is beautiful. The best thing is it is all there and it all works. With the weather getting better, my daughters and I have taken the car out cruising and it really draws a lot of attention. Please ask all questions before bidding and I will respond ASAP. See my feedback and bid with confidence. The reserve price is not much lower than the buy-it-now price... SO click it and win it. Good Luck and Happy Bidding.
