You are looking at a pretty much original early 1949 Ford Club Coupe. It runs and drives very nice. The body is straight and shows no rust. The paint is fair, some scratches, chips and does not match color on right lower front fender and rocker panel. I let it slip off a dolly in a parking lot and had a body shop repair and primer paint it. All glass and instrument gauges work fine. I added a Stewart Warner mechanical water temperature & oil pressure gauge just to be accurate while driving across this southwest desert in the summer. The electric is still all 6 volt. The standard 3 speed shifts quiet and no problems. The engine is all original (8BA) with single exhaust, carburetor, distributor and fuel pump. Registration is current and will expire in April 2014. Both fender skirts included and fit perfectly. NEW: Both universal Joints, front and rear springs, rear end pinion seal, left water pump, re-built radiator, retractable front seat belts. Tires: Firestone, DeLuxe Champions, Size 6.70 X 15 Note: *Windshield wipers are still vacuum operated. Also, heater works fine, however, motor should be replaced.
