This is an average condition fj40 cruiser, its in decent shape, mechanically sound, body i would rate an 7 out of 10, minimal rust on the tubs, can be easily repaired, all electrical systems work (excluding the radio). What you see in the pictures is what you get!! It is a no A/C no POWER STEERING vehicle. It is a 4.2l inline 6 and a 4 speed manual. Please ask any questions, THANKS FOR LOOKING!!!! On Mar-15-13 at 07:47:15 PDT, seller added the following information: After browsing around on the internet, i believe this FJ40 is in great condition, it does have minimal rust on the tubs, nothing that an average person cant handle, it runs great, and drives great, (OF COURSE PEOPLE THAT HAVE OWNED ONE, KNOW HOW THEY RIDE!!!!). If you know Toyota, then you know that the 2-F 4.2 inline 6 cylinder engine is BULLET PROOF!!!! Its backed behind the trusty 4 speed manual transmission! I know the final gear ratio to be 3:70, so in 4x4 low in 1st gear this FJ40 will only do about 5 miles an hour (ONE HECK OF A GRANNY LOW!!) Just think of the hills you can climb in this, then you can embarrass all of your friends by pulling them out of places with basically a stock FJ40!!! ‘76 through ‘83 FJ-40's. These year models have the features most desired by the mainstream market; i.e... Disc Brakes, Larger 2-F Motor, 4-speed Transmission, 79 to ‘83, all FJ-40's have 3:70 gears (hiway speed approx. 62 mph @ 3,000 rpm).Note: Tire height can change gear ratios to suit your needs
