OVERALL: For a 20 year old British car, she’s as close as you can get to a “new” feeling Range Rover. Key in the door, the auto lock operates the doors. Hop in, the leather is still soft and plush and the seat switches still adjust the seats to your requirement. Turn the key in the ignition and she fires right up on the first try! The engine is so quiet and powerful and idles perfectly at 750rpm. No lights of any kind on the cluster. Put her in drive and hit the gas and you’re off! This thing takes off with total ease and accelerates so smooth and so powerfully that you don’t even feel it shifting through the gear range, I mean it! Hot? The A/C works brilliantly at all fan speeds. Cold? The heat is prompt and there’s no coolant smell from a leaky old heater core as this one has been replaced! Want to enjoy the fresh air, kick back with the open windows and moon roof (which works properly front to back and tilt-up!!!). As I’m sure you can tell, I LOVE to drive this car. SERVICE AND PERFORMANCE: There are tons of new parts and service items done on this truck, in no particular order: new battery, new alternator, new starter, cooling system has been serviced, engine oil just changed, new spark plugs and wire-set, new air filter, new distributor cap and rotor and of course, a fresh headliner just installed! COACHWORK AND CHASSIS: As I mentioned earlier, the leather is amazingly soft and resembles the comfort of a worn-in baseball glove. The Range Rover carpets are intact and add a nice finishing touch to the car. The dash is smooth, unblemished and shiny. All controls and instruments illuminate properly. NO RUST ON THIS TRUCK! I’ll say it again: hooray for California – NO RUST ON THIS GIRL! The paint is in very good shape – run your finger over it and its smooth. It’s not new, but it’s lived a pretty pampered life and hey, it’s the original paint! Additionally, this Range Rover is fitted with the Rovers North type accessories: Grille Guard, Running Boards and Tail Lamp Guards. All straight, all black, pretty much pristine. CLOSING POINTS: Again, I’ve loved this car for the time I’ve had it and I know you will too. At traffic lights it even commands the respect from new Range Rover owners! This will make an amazing addition to your collection and if this is your first experience with an older Range Rover, then you are in for one helluva TREAT! The truck does have a Salvaged title but the original owner said it was ONLY due to a theft recovery after 3 months of being missing. There were NO ACCIDENTS! As you can see the car is in original Great condition in and out.
