MGA 1600 in Iris Blue. Loving kept for the last 24 years. When I lived in the UK I imported this Vehicle from West Virginia to ensure I had a solid car for restoration. (Have original West Virginia registration ). Car was fully restored, body off full restoration from 1990 through 1992 by Malick cars in Northampton UK. At that time it was converted to a right hand drive. I moved to the San Diego CA in 2001 and brought the car with me. It is still right hand drive but I do have the original steering rack and have the dash painted ready to covert back to Left hand drive. It will take about 40 hours labor to do that.I have all the receipts for the 1990 restoration totaling well over $20K and have a book and photos showing the restoration process. Since the restoration the car has done less than 2000 miles and I would says its an 8/10. Very clean lines, great paint job and high quality black leather with Iris Blue piping. All correct underneath, car has never seen rain or any sort of inclement weather even when in the UKThe car has been driven about twice a year for the last 5 years and needs to go to a good home. it is stored under a dust sheet in my garage all year around. General condition is excellent however There are 4 flaws; 1 there is one spots where the paint has a slight bubble/crack about 5 mm long by 1mm. It is pretty obscure and can't see unless you look real hard. 2. There is a scratch on rear tail light housing where i caught it fueling up. 3. The gearbox very occasionally jumps out of second when you decelerate and 4 The front brakes pull slightly to the right (but with its general lack of use I would recommend checking them). Car is properly registered as a CA vehicleCan happily provide more pictures if you email me. This is a very honest and beautiful car. Its been my baby for the last 24 years.
