1999 TOYOTA CAMRY LE 111000 MILES. 11/2013 NJ INSPECTION CD/CASETTE PLAYER THIS IS MY FATHER IN LAW'S CAR. HE MOVED FROM NJ TO PA AND WE ADVISED HIM TO GET A 4WD AS IT SNOWS A LOT HERE. SO I AM SELLING HIS OLD CAR FOR HIM. HE HAS HAD IT SINCE 2004. IT IS WELL MAINTAINED AND RUNS GREAT. I TOOK IT OUT FOR A 40 MILE RIDE TODAY AND ONLY NOTED THE FOLLOWING ISSUES, NONE OF THEM APPEAR SERIOUS. ALL THE ELECTRICS APPEAR TO BE WORKING FINE. EXHAUST PUFFING NEAR THE FRONT. SMALL RATTLING NOISE ON DRIVERS SIDE AT FRONT. THERE IS A DENT IN THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR SMALL AREA OF RUST ON REAR SIDE DRIVERS SIDE THE FRONT LIGHT ASSEMBLY IS CRACKED THE CAR NEEDS A REALLY GOOD CLEAN, INSIDE AND OUT. On Feb-17-13 at 04:51:05 PST, seller added the following information: I FORGOT TO SAY THE TIRES ARE IN GREAT SHAPE, ABOUT 80% TREAD LEFT.On Feb-18-13 at 10:17:12 PST, seller added the following information: It was so cold today. I went to the carwash and put it through and it got some of the black off. I came home and tried my power washer and with that and a bit of 'elbow grease' with a brush it all comes off. After that I think it needs a good cleaner and wax. I'll try to add a photo later. I did discover a couple more things. There is a long scratch on the trunk lid. The stop engine light is on. Apparently it is a sensor in the air system. Took it for another 40 mile ride today, no problems. Started first time after sitting in 10 degree temperatures for 2 nights.
