VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ FIRST PARAGRAPH VERY (seriously VERY) CAREFULLY! This car was in a one car accident - the passenger side suspension has been significantly damaged and the car cannot be driven as is. It would be the buyers responsibility to move the vehicle and that requires a flatbed tow. It was estimated $800 for parts to fix what is visibly damaged. There is a possibility there is more than meets the eye that is damaged - for this reason I cannot afford to fix the car and am listing it as a PARTS ONLY car. (PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES) This car CAN be fixed! The problem is that they cannot tell what additional work may be needed until they fix the major (and obvious) suspension problem. A lucky person will pay to fix the suspension and the car will be back to good condition for daily use - I, however, am not lucky (see the pictures :/ ) I recently started going back to school, work full time and commute back and forth aprox 40 miles every few days to see my (hopefully) future fiance - I do not have the bankroll to invest in repairing the suspension and then finding out there is more work to be done, I need to put the money into buying a used clunker. FOR CLARIFICATION - I AM NOT ACCEPTING ANY OFFERS OUTSIDE OF THIS AUCTION, I MAY END THE AUCTION EARLY IF A SERIOUS BID IS PLACED AND THE BIDDER REQUESTS - I ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END THE LISTING EARLY FOR ANY OTHER REASON. This car is a diamond in the rough to the right person and I have had luck in the past putting disable vehicles on ebay (sold my 1990 nissan 240sx coupe with a blown head gasket - the guy turned it into a mean drift car) I hope a Honda fanatic sees the potential in repairing this or at least using her for parts on their own restoration. The engine has a little more than 218,000 miles - had regular oil changes at 3-5000 miles with documentation and it really runs like brand new. Even in the extreme cold weather we had a few weeks ago it starts right up. The engine was not at all damaged by the incident and runs like a dream. Miles are highway miles and the clutch and other components are in good shape. That catalytic converter needed to be replaced - never got around to it. The body of the car was not damaged in the accident - there may be minor damage to the front passenger fender from towing - aside from that the body is in good condition - there are minor dents and dings. The Radio for the vehicle will be an uninstalled stock radio. The passenger and driver seats are in good condition, they are sports bucket seats, the windows, mirrors and motors are all in good working condition. The vehicle has red Honda 'H' emblems in front and rear as well as a UK flag emblem on the rear. I am willing to answer all questions regarding this vehicle - once you bid however you are agreeing to pay the amount you bid for the vehicle as is. I will not retract offers or winning bids after the auction ends and you will be expected to pay once the auction ends if you are the highest bidder. I need $500.00 initial payment within 24 hours of the end of auction and the balance due in cash in person at pickup on delivery. again, thats cash in person at pickup on delivery and just one more time... cash in person at pickup on delivery - within 3 days, at time of title transfer.If initial payment is not received within 24 hours I will contact the next highest bidder or re-list the vehicle. I cannot allow the car to sit where it is which is why I am requiring such a quick payment time.
