For sale we have a well maintained, clean, reliable.... 2000 Audi A6 Quattro 2.8L. This avant was just recently traded-in for a new car. This beauty has been well maintained and it has a clean carfax report with no accidents and of course a clean title as well. The car features the most reliable 2.8L V6 engine. These motors if well maintained-I have sold them with over 300-K on them. The 2.8L motor fires right up, sounds solid, idles smooth with no issues. The automatic transmission shifts perfect thru all the gears. The car is a Quattro (AWD) very good for everywhere you drive. The outside of the car is very clean, and the paint and its clearcoat still shines like in day 1. For its age and miles you won't find a cleaner A6 than this one! The interior is in good shape as well and it has the typical leather heated seats front and back, cold ac, warm heat, sun-roof, power everything and so on... The car drives very nice down the road, the suspension is tight and there are no strange noises when you drive, no ticking on the motor and no knockings! At about 100-K miles the major service on the car was done which costs thousands of $ and you don't have to do none because its all taken care of and you dont have to perform this service again until you hit 200-k miles. The work that was performed is as follow:Timing belt/tensioner/idler replaced, Water pump replaced, Drive belt(s) replaced, Valve cover gasket(s) replaced, Catalytic converter replaced, CV joint(s) replaced, Exhaust repaired, Timing chain tensioner seal replaced, Oil and filter changed, Front brake pads replaced, Coolant reservoir replaced. You can see all this in our carfax picture. All 4 tires are in excellent shape with lots and lots of tread. There are no check engine lights on dash, no service reminders no stories! These 2.8L engine are hard to find in low mileage. If you find them in low mileage you still gotta do all this work to it, or you can get this one and avoid the trouble!
