There was the 326 engine with 250 HP which 40,121 were produced and you have mine which is a 326 H.O. engine with 285 HP and only 6,078 were produced.Due to how rare the vehicle is makes it much more valuable, desirable and collectible. The last one I saw listed on eBay was over six months ago, didn't look as nice and got up too $19,999 but didn't meet the reserve.
