I am offering this nice 1969 Chevy C30 1 ton flatbed truck. This truck has been taken care of, as evidenced in the body. The cab DOES NOT display rust in the normal areas that this year of truck always does. The rocker panels and cab corners are in very good condition. The front fenders are also in very good condition. The only rust to speak of at all is located in two spots on the passenger door (pictured) and there are a few small pin holes in the floor boards. The grill is in excellent condition. The seat is good and the interior has a new floor mat that looks to have been installed within the past year or so. The dash pad needs to be replaced (pictured). The bed is 8' long and has a goose neck ball recessed in it. There are a few places in the bed floor that are rusty (pictured). The bed has a good headache rack on it. The engine is a 350 coupled to a 4 speed manual transmission with granny low. This truck runs very good, and looks good also. the paint is not perfect but is presentable. The current color is red, but the truck was originally white as can be seen in areas where the paint has chipped off. The tires are usable and all hold air. But if this truck is to be used very often, it would probably be best to put better tires on it. The fronts has some life left in them, but the rears are getting pretty low on tread. Overall, this truck is in very good condition and is ready to be driven as either a work truck or daily driver. The only things that I am aware of that it needs is the horn fixed, one of the front turn signals isn't working, and the heater lever is missing (center lever). This truck is for pickup ONLY, and must be picked up at my location (ZIP 64040) within 20 days of the auction ending unless PRIOR arrangements are made with me before the auction ends. Please do not send me a message AFTER the auction has ended and tell me that it will be longer than 20 days before you can pick this up. I will charge a daily storage fee after the 20 days has past. I hate to be that way, but too many times I have sold items such as this and they have sat at my place for months on end waiting to be picked up.
