1987 Cadillac Allante 2dr Convertible with both soft and hard top. The previous owner purchased this car on eBay June 2011 with 72,000. miles from a private party in Willcox Az. and drove the car home (800 miles) to San Antonio. It gets great mileage (20 to 24 mpg) for a large V8. He used the car as daily driver with no problems. He only had the soft top up once and figured with the summer temperatures in San Antonio He would rather have the hard top on and the air conditioner would be more efficient and the only time He would really use the soft top would be in the evening. The paint is in good condition except for the trunk lid has several spots where it looks like it is over buffed and needs repainted. (See Pic) The body is almost perfect with one ding on the driver door. (See Pic) Everything works on the car except the horn, the car the horn would start honking for no reason, so the the relay switch is disconnected. There are two new tires on the car, a new battery from Costco and a new Alternator and had a small repair to the leather driver seat (which you can't tell was ever repaired). The only problem with the car is when the car is not used for a week or so the battery needs a charge. Don't know if there is a drain on the battery or with all of the electronics on car this causes the battery to go down. As you can see the all of the instruments on the dash work, never tried the cassette player don't have any, but the radio works fine. Please keep in mind the car is 26 years old and there is no warranty or guarantee. Over all the car is a good driver. It won't take much to make it a 9 or 10. NO DELIVERY/SHIPPING, PICKUP ONLY.
