This beautiful example of a 1937 Chevy pickup truck was originally stored in the mid to late 80’s. First found in a dilapidated barn located around the central valley of California. The truck was pulled apart and a full restoration was commissioned. As you can see from the pictures and videos the truck still looks great today in Apple Green with Dark Green accents. The truck has always been garaged. With the exception of a few local parades the truck has not been ­­­on the road very long after the restoration. Overall the body is in good condition with small nicks here and there, nothing a good detail shop could not resolve. Everything appears to be in good running order, with the exception of the speedometer. The speedo cable may need to be lubricated. All lights are in working order and the truck still retains the original 6 volt system and wiring. The interior is nicely done. If you want a correct 1937 interior, the seat should be changed to the split bench seat of that era. All of the windows, including the front windshield work as they should. The doors shut with ease and open like a new car. A Chevrolet under dash heater unit that is period correct has also been installed. Driving the truck is a great representation of a 1937 truck, in that you can feel all the bumps in the road! The transmission and engine run really smooth. The engine starts effortlessly, and the brakes work good. If you are looking for a truck that you can enjoy and drive then this is the truck for you. To restore a truck to this standard would cost 35k or more. I have provided over 150 photos and some videos of the truck. Please feel free to ask any questions.
