Up for auction is my 69 Chevelle SS396. I purchased this car in South Carolina in 1986. It is a true southern car. Since then I have done a frame off restoration and added 4 wheel power disc brakes and all new Hi perf suspension parts. Everything is in very good condition,this can be a daily driver if you want. I dont get to drive it much anymore, once every other week or so. The restoration was done about ten years ago and since that time I have placed about ten thousand miles on it. The engine is bored out to 421CID, the heads have been ported and matched with the street ram intake all the best parts have been installed. It runs fine on pump gas with a compression ration of 9.5 to 1. Automatic transmision with 4:11 posi. It just needs to be gone over lightly and touched up a bit behind the rear quarters. You can drive this car tomorrow just the way it is but it is not show ready. Just a light going over to polish it here and there and this will show nicely. Runs perfect just needs a detailing and some touch up behind the wheels. Ready to go! Drive it home, it is currently registered and insured. You could jump in and drive cross country it is that fine of a car.
