*** NO RESERVE Auction*** Starting BID is well within reason for this car!! The Motor cost that much. Please no games and bid to own! For Sale is my 1964 Country Sedan Wagon. I purchased this car from the original owner on a farm in Montana in 2005. It took me years to find this year and model that had such a solid body. It was originally a 289 w/ a three speed on the column. Both long gone now. Ther car was stripped to the bare metal and painted with a base coat, clear coat in 2006 and still looks as good now. Some minor seat tears on front bench seat, but the rear bench is perfect. All the glass is good with all windows operational. Windshield does have a ding but has been there since owned. Installed a 351W Turn-Key crate motor rated at 425HP w/ March Full Boat Pulley Kit and mounted to a 4 speed from a 1964 big block Galaxie Sedan. Had custom headers made from 68 Mustang and new dual exhaust straight back. Ordered engine with AC compressor and power steering pump, however never installed air or power steering. Just installed brand new clutch and new drum pads on all 4 wheels. Original drums were still in great shape. Car drives great and pulls through all 4 gears real nice even with the heavy body of a wagon. Unfortunately the rear bumper rusted through in one spot. Thought about buying a fiberglass bumper from Dearborn Calssics for $300, but never did. The dash has several cracks too. See pictures of both. Speedo doesn't work. Needs $10 speedo gear in trans. This a great car with nothing to hide. Suprisingly fast for the size. Taught a few young kids a lesson or two in their new little sports cars over the years!! Hate to sell, but need the cash. I listed this car a year ago but when it didnt hit my reserve I figured out how to keep it and raise some money selling other things. Well, Im out of ideas so it needs to go!
