he we go i have a 1957 chevy bel air sport coupe that has bee owned by the same family since 1957, the current owner inherited it from his aunt who was the original owner and i have the paper work to prove it. the current owner is forced to sell it for reasons he would rather not talk about.the car has spent its entire life garage kept and is virtually rust free for the yearlets start from the front and work our way backfront bumper is in perfect restorable condition with no rust hood is rust free under side still has its original undercoating from factoryengine compartment is in original condition with original assembly line markings that were never touched 283 2 barrel carb with original air breather all original every thing front fenders are in real nice shape rt fender has some rust coming thru on bottom nothing a patch panel wouldn't take care of, lt fender minor rust bubbles lt and rt doors are also rust free, rt side door has surface rust on inside only and all inners work as they should also vent visors on top of door are in working conditionlt and rt 1/4's are rust free rear truck lid in rust free inner trunk floor is rust free lt inner 1/4 has some rust but nothing that cant be repaired under side is 98 % rust free TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS THIS CAR IS IN INCREDIBLE SHAPE FOR ITS YEAR I OWN A COLLISION SHOP AND KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT, IF YOU WANT A CAR TO RESTORE THIS IS THE CAR.the car was factory undercoated and seams to be in really nice shape underneath for the year the floor are in perfect shape from what i can tellthe trim on the sides are in real nice shape the lt front fender and door trim needs to be replaced because it is dented looks like it may have had some to the lt door fender area at one time the car was repainted at some point.all the glass with the exception of the windshield is in very nice condition the windshield has a stone chip on the rt side the interior is in nice condition for being as old as it is the seats were covered with plastic until a couple of years ago , you remember the same plastic your grandmother would cover the couch with in the living room LOLlt and rt rocker molding have screws in them and the rt side is dented all gauges work with the exception of the clock rear bumper is also in very nice restorable condition PLEASE I URGE U TO COME AND SEE OR CALL ME U CAN CALL FROM 630 AM TO 9 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME MY CELL IS 609 517 3186 I WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTION I CAN ALSO I TAKE MY EBAY SERIOUS NO SCAMMERS OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IF YOU HAVE 0 OR LESS FEEDBACK U NEED TO CONTACT ME BEFORE BIDDING OR I WILL CANCEL YOUR BID IF OVERSEAS BUYER WINS CAR I WILL HELP IN EVERY WAY I CAN BUT U WILL BE RESPONSIBLE IN MAKING ALL ARRANGEMENTS FOR SHIPPING On Jan-14-13 at 17:01:01 PST, seller added the following information: a lot of people have been calling and asking if car runs yes it does run and drive with no issues brakes were replaced recently and generator was rebuilt also the tire's are in decent shape not sure if i would drive it across country but car can be driven with no issues locally also if you wish to email me my email address is joeboy14@comcast.net,please remember this is a 56 year old car and its does not smoke it doe's have some minor leaks but nothing serious, ALSO SELLING AS A VERY RESTORABLE CAR WITH A GREAT BODY YOU CAN BUY ONE CHEAPER WITH MORE RUST,BUT I GUARANTEE YOU YOU WILL SPEND MORE IN THE LONG RUN BECAUSE REPAIRING AND REPLACING RUST IS A COSTLY PROCESS
