Chevy 2500 Pickup Truck 1995 146,575 Miles 8 cylinders Automatic transmission 350 Gasoline Engine VIN #: 1GCGK24K8SE206365 Clear title Exterior color: White Interior color: Blue Truck is being sold by the City of Milford Public Works Department (Milford, Delaware). It was used by the Streets Department as part of snow removal. At this time the vehicle is being retired from the Streets Department fleet. It is has been owned since new by the City of Milford, was purchased from a local dealer, and has been regularly maintained by our own Garage. It has been serviced at the required intervals. Truck has a 8’ Meyers snow plow attached which is operational, and a Swenson salt spreader installed. Tailgate is removed from truck, but comes with the truck. The vehicle’s exterior is showing signs of age, and the paint exterior is faded. There are faint impressions on the side doors of the City logo, there are minor dents in the body. The salt spreader is exhibiting signs of surface rust. Mechanically the vehicle appears to be sound however these “known” items will need to be addressed: -Vehicle requires Tires. -Salt spreader engine was running however it is no longer running (Briggs and Stratton 9HP). -Salt spreader body has some surface rust. Interior of vehicle is in reasonable condition. Dashboard is dusty, and the entire cabin needs to be cleaned. Door panels seem ok . Seatbelts are operational. Driver’s side seat is worn. Vehicle is being sold in good faith “As Is”, with a clear title. There is NO RESERVE price on this vehicle, highest bidder will win auction. No warranty or guarantee of the vehicle is either expressed or implied. Buyer will be made to sign a waiver releasing the City of Milford from any responsibility and liability, for purchasing, transporting, or operating the vehicle. Vehicle may be inspected upon request, with prior arrangement (Monday-Friday 8am-3pm), however due to liability issues it may not be driven. Vehicle must be picked up from our yard, located at 180 Vickers Drive, Milford DE, 19963 within 10 working days (unless prior arrangement is agreed upon). Current Tags will not be released with Vehicle, if vehicle is to be driven off our yard a temporary tag and insurance (to be obtained by the Buyer) must be provided. Buyer assumes responsibility for all and any costs associated with purchasing, removing and transporting, titling and insuring vehicle. Method of payment must be in the form of PayPal, a Cashier’s check made out to “The City of Milford” , or cash, in the agreed upon amount due within seven days of the close of the auction.
