This is a very nice 1953 MGTD recently unearthed from storage after 40 years. It has no rust, nor dry rot to the wood. It was stored in the owners garage since 1972. It has the original red leather interior, black vinyl top and tonneau and all four side curtain frames though the fabric is shot. The engine turns over, but the car will need a full service including gas tank cleaned fuel lines replaced, radiator hoses, lube job, brakes etc. It was taken from its long storage and minimally cleaned to preserved the just found look. Sadly the previous owner put 5 Dunlop Gold Seal bias ply tires on it when first stored and now they are all weather checked. It has the hand crank and King Dick Jack, but no other tools. The TD has the original title and the motor number matches the tag on the car. According to CA DMV is off the computer, so for a future CA owner iwill need to do a Vin Verification at the DMV.
