Up for sale is my well-maintained 2008 VW GTI 2-door with DSG automatic transmission. Most people who sit inside think the car is brand new. I've had the car for a year and half but recently moved and no longer need a car. The previous owner was the original owner, who bought out his lease. I have all maintenance records from my time of ownership, but unfortunately none from the previous owner. I would like to point out some of the unique aspects of this used car.This car is equipped with the autobahn package from the dealer. The package includes a sunroof, premium audio system (6-disc CD Changer, Satellite Radio, aux input, AM/FM radio), leather upholstery, and heated front seats. It is also equipped with 18" VW wheels.The OEM European-style cupholder was installed. This cupholder is standard on the european version but not available as an option in the US. The cupholder has a sliding cover to help make the interior of the car look tidier.Shift knob was recently replaced with the OEM GTI "Edition 30" knob, which looks like a golf ball.Air diffuser on the dash was replaced with a tray for storage. Not sure if this item is OEM but certainly looks like it.The previous owner removed the TPMS (tire pressure monitor sensors), which I have NOT had replaced. A small warning light is on in the dash warning of "low tire pressure" at all times due to the missing sensors.Tires have approximately 20,000 miles on them (Continental ExtremeContact DWS - an all-season tire). The spare is a full-sized Continental tire but does not match the others.The rims have some curb rash. I've tried to include pictures to show this.There is a small ding on both the driver's side and passenger side near the back seat.There's also a few paint scratches, most of which were filled in with dealer-purchased paint pens.There are a few nicks in the windshield as well, which have been professionally repaired but are still noticeable to those who are looking for it.The plastic cover over the engine is cracked.
