1971 Dodge D600 flat bed dump. This is a classic and, once restored, will be a head turner. The prime picture in the ad is what it could be. The others shows current condition of the truck. 95% of parts are there. Many new parts will go with the truck. When parked it ran and would move and stop. Just before parking I used the truck to pick up 6 yards of shell sand from about 10 miles away. The truck did the job. However, this is not a ready to use vehicle. It needs a lot of TLC. I bought the truck to restore and put on the road but have since developed health issues that will keep me from doing that. I took the truck to the local salvage yard and was offered $1500.00 for it. It weighs in right at 10K and complete vehicles now brings 15 cents per pound. This is a no reserve auction and I have started the bidding at $1400.00. I am hoping to find someone who will take the truck, restore it, and put it back on the road. I don't know how someone can lose on this purchase
