2000 FORD F-150, V6 / 4.2L ENGINE, 5 SPEED MANUAL TRANS, truck body & frame in good condition, brand new battery ($110) 2 month ago, intake manifold gasket need to be replaced ( brand new intake manifold gasket set is included - $100), front panel was replaced 6 month ago - rest of the body and frame are solid, recent new front wheel bearings job, recent front rotors and brakes, recent new ALTERNATOR and belt, this V6 4.2L Ford engine has a factory OEM aluminum alloy cast intake manifold - not a cheap black plastic one, rear brakes job should be soon, HEAT/AC - works as it should (fan only on high), TRUCK( it's a used work truck) HAS SCRATCHES AND DENTS,truck was never involved in accident - clean CARFAX / never painted, WOULD MAKE SOMEONE A GOOD WORK TRUCK - change and repair a few things, offered AS IS, the truck will start and you can drive it anywhere with your plates, please e-mail any questions, local inspection can be scheduled, very low reserve,local pickup only - Rexford NY 12148 On Jan-08-13 at 20:54:40 PST, seller added the following information: "the frame the Chevy(GMC), Tundra and Dodge (pre '09) are built on can't handle the power the engines put out. This is great for frame straightening shops go visit one and ask how much business they are getting from light truck owners since dodge came out with the hemi. A buddy of my father runs a frame shop, he was considering closing until 2002 when Dodge started putting that 5.9 in the durango and then Hemi came out. Next GM started putting the 6.0L in the 1 tons to complete with the Dodge, now the Tundra has followed suit. To say business is up is an understatement.
