1985 CJ7 solid jeep with low mileage,bought this for $2500. a couple years ago after which i proceeded with the restoration. Many new parts 3" lift springs,all new body bushings,skyjacker shocks, new dash pad,new front seats,locking tuff box consol,cdstereo,speakers, rollbar cover,altenator,new brakes,radiator.powersteering lines,new brake lines. This jeep has a solid frame and steel body with no rust. It also was primered and prepared for paint as old paint was chipped and had some brush scratches. I am the third owner and was told original owner had a clutch problem and parked it in a barn from 1990 until 2008 when second owner purchased and installed new clutch and put it back on the road. I am the third owner and it was originally a loredo package and original color was brown with tan interior. It also got projector headlights and flush mount fiber optic tail lights and back up lights as well as new bumperettes. It also has a hitch and is wired for a trailer. I have a folder with $4,000.00 in receipts from last year. The jeep also received a new tank and sending unit however gas guage stopped working ?? may be ground.Also has a new custom tag light, interior was rhino lined and new rubber matt installed in front. The jeep also has new stock tires with 90 % tread and included are 4 deep dish chrome wheels with 33x 10.5 tires with 50% tread but do show sidewall checking. Also comes with a binimi top and other xtras. It also got new hood hardware and new nuts n bolts for seats as well as new mirrors.Now for the bad, i left hood latches loose and it blew up and put dent in hood. Also i removed original single carb and installed a remanufactured 2 barrel which was preforming great until a month ago when it started loading up and running rich. May be gaskets not sure.I pulled it out of barn today locked hubs and ran it up a hill through 10" to 3' of snow went like a champ. Engine has top compression and all the hard work is done. Forgot to mention it also got a new heatercore and it works fine also small dent in tail gate but spare tire covers it.The jeep also recently got new plugs and wires,new guages and all new marker lights as well as new side steps. Red hinge on passenger door does not go as it belongs to my yj may have another hinge somewhere but not sure. I will add another pic with hardtop installed tomorrow.
