I have for sale my 2001 Ford F350 XLT pickup truck. It has four wheel drive with the manual transfer case on the floor, 7.3L Powerstroke turbo diesel engine, 4 speed automatic transmission, forged aluminum wheels, power windows, power locks, remote keyless entry, power tow mirrors, air conditioning, am/fm/single disc CD player, cruise control, tilt wheel, sliding rear window, non skid bedliner, Tekonsha Prodigy brake controller, 12,500# trailer hitch and 7 pin socket, 10 ply Firestone Transforce A/T tires, rubber floor-no carpet. I bought the truck in August 2011 from Litchfield Ford in CT as a one owner trade in. I bought it for a daily driver/backup work truck. It had 110500 miles on it. It now has just under 131000 miles on it. I do not need it anymore for personal or business use. When I bought the truck, I observed that the transmission had been recently replaced with a FORD remanufactured transmission, the starter had been replaced with an aftermarket starter, the front brakes had been recently replaced, parking brake cables have been replaced, front U-joints are greasable so I presume they have been replaced, and the batteries had been recently replaced. I immediately replaced all fluids and filters on the truck: air filter, fuel filter, engine, transmission, front differential, transfer case, rear differential. Everything looked good. During the period I have owned the truck I also have done the following repairs/preventatine maintenance: Alternator, serpentine belt, radiator hoses/coolant, rear calipers/rotors/pads, and regular oil/filter changes. I also put in the brake controller (which you will may the plug for in the pictures, I took it out to clean the truck) as well as the cable you see hanging from under the rear bumper. That is a fused 6ga pair of cables running from the batteries to a 50A quick connect plug which I have had on all my trucks to be able to keep my trailer batteries charged. The truck runs and drives very well. Engine runs strong, does not use oil, and the oil stays pretty clean between changes. The transmission and transfer case shift perfectly. The paint and chrome are nice and shiny. Everything in and on the truck works (including A/C, power locks mirrors windows stereo gages lights etc.). I have had no leaks other than the transfer case weeping a little from the center gasket, not enough to make a puddle, or lose enough over the last year and a half to have to top it off. The interior has, I'm sure, been smoked in before I bought it but has no odors or anything like that. The truck has been used as a work truck so it is not perfect. There is some light staining on the drivers door panel, there are a couple small cigarette burns on the drivers seat but no rips or tears, there are some touched up scratches on the drivers door and a couple dings here and there. The truck had a tool box and factory bedliner in it originally. The bedliner was all beat up and nasty so I had planned to replace with a spray in bedliner, but the bed floor was kind of beat up, so I put a new regular bedliner in. The tailgate has obviously been repaired but opens and closes well and the paint looks decent on it. Tires are probably 60% in the back, 30% in the front, but are worn evenly from keeping them rotated. The only thing the truck needs are shocks, which I have a new set of, but have not had time to install yet. They will be included with the truck. This is a good running and nice driving truck, and I dont NEED to sell it so I am not giving it away. It is a pretty desirable older truck because of the 7.3 engine which has plenty of power and great fuel economy in stock form. This truck has no aftermarket performance parts on it to take away any reliability of the engine or drivetrain. I won't take any forms of payment that can't be turned into cash before the truck leaves my property. The title is a clear NYS title with no liens.
