1983 Jeep CJ7 Renegade Up for sale is 1983 Jeep CJ7 Renegade, 131K miles (258 6cyl). 5 speed Manual Transmission. I have several pictures that I will be happy to email anyone. Jeep is rust free. Very little service rust on floor boards under carpet. Body is straight and all original, Original Paint and Carpet. Hard top has been repainted. This jeep has spent its entire life in NC. I am the third owner. The jeep has a 3in body lift and has 33X12.50X15 BFG tires. All gauges work except the fuel gauge and the dash lights (lights appear to be a headlight switch) Jeep has been garaged keep and has been sitting for several years. I recently replaced the following items and have decided to sell it. A few things that I noticed this week that will need to be addressed that I might do myself if I find time is, the valve cover is leaking and needs to be replaced and it appears the master brake cylinder might have a small leak. It just doesn’t get used and I’m in the middle of restoring another CJ. Items just replace this month: •Re-built original carter carb •New fuel pump •New belts •New fuel filter •New air filter Not many original painted CJ’s around anymore.
