You are looking at my 1973 240 Z. I purchased this car here on ebay in 2005. It was the first of four that I have bought over these last 6 years and has sat in the garage most of the time,as I have put less than 5000 miles on it. It got put in the back of the garage when the others came along. I have sorted out most of the usual items that go when a forty year old car sits for too long. Since I have worked on this one over such a long time I will probably miss half of what has been done to it but here is a partial list of the work done. Tokico struts set of early carbs tune up; points,condensors,plugs,wires,distributor cap ,rotor fuel sending unit flush and clean gas tank hard brake lines,brake hoses sound deadening on the front floors ( shot of the drivers side floor was taken before) new tires and a set of alloy wheels from a 280zx new rubber in both doors and the rear hatch battery,tie down Por 15 on all surface rust that I could find It was a California salvage title when I bought it and it does have some signs of prior body work. The hood has sand marks on the front right corner,and the drivers side fenders has been repaired. Both panels appear to still be the original sheet metal. When the work was done they did not replace the side molding on the fender.The entire car has been repainted and it was not the best job as there are some sand marks and dirt in the paint. I have gotten the car Pa. inspected and have been driving it more. It has been on a few road trips the last few months and I took it to NY for my sons graduation and it has performed great. It is forty years old and in mostly stock condition. I am selling this one now only because I am unemployed and need cash. I ALSO WILL BE LISTING SEVERAL PARTS AND SPARES SOON.The factory wheels and hub caps are available if you would prefer them over the 280zx rims.
