1965 Impala This is one fine Impala that never fails to turn heads and draws a crowd wherever it goes! The paint color on the car is awesome; the color is called Grape Ape. It was a base coat finished by a clear coat. The car was color sanded and buffed and looks great! There are some chips and minor scratches but nothing that stands out, so the car looks stunning! The body is straight, showing no signs of rust. All previous rust has been removed or repaired. Will need to have rear window resealed. Has brand new front windshield. The 327 Cid is strong, topped off with an Edelbrock aluminum intake and carb, headers, chrome high amp alternator, auxiliary fuse panel (more accessories) and electronic ignition. It has a Turbo 350 transmission rebuilt in 2012. It never misses a shift! And for that great Hot Rod sound, it has a flow master dual exhaust - such a sweet sound! The Impala drives and stops as good as it looks: All new suspension, ball joints, tie rod ends, shocks. New front disc brake kit, power brake booster and master cylinder stop the car with no problems. Car has push button starter for added security but can easily be put back to ignition start. Also, has an electric fuel pump with pressure regulator. I have discovered a small hole in the fuel vent tube. Doesn't effect operations just needs to be taken care of. The Impala has a great stance! Car is rolling on polished Torque Thrust II wheels 15 inch rims. The custom purple interior is a perfect match with the exterior and is in great condition with new carpet, dash, door panels, seat covers, headliner and custom package console. Additionally, this car has an awesome all Sony stereo set up with a single 12 woofer, 2 6x9’s and 2 6-1/2 front speakers. Car also has 1 farad capacitor to eliminate any whistling noise. The car has noise reduction mat all over the car and the trunk is sealed. Car has custom trunk that matches the interior of the car. The electrical is in good condition. Has new rear light wiring harness. Interior lights work and operational gauges. If you have been looking for that one of a kind Impala, this is the car for you. I have had some questions about the car. Car has push button starter for added security but can easily be put back to the steering column. I have discovered a small hole in the vent line to the gas tank. I vent the tank with the gas cap but it doesn't have any affect the vehicle operation. Everything else is explained below. This is a good car that just needs your personal touch.
