SUPER RARE Bright Purple Metallic code 88/WA327D 1998 Trans Am. Real Car with Real Pictures. I buy and sell these cars all the time and I will give an honest description of my car. VERY hard color to find with less than 100 ever made. Car was all original except for exhaust when I got it. The Original Radio etc still sounds great, this car was not all butchered with aftermarket stereo junk and engine mods like most. I replaced the original chrome wheels because they showed some wear, the new replacement wheels are perfect!! Also put on new Eagle GT tires in the correct 245-50-16 size. I had the car professionally repainted in the original bright purple metallic color using multiple coats of dupont paint and clear coat. Paint looks good!! Car has only been driven less than 100 miles since the repaint but it has been outside at times and has a few water marks on the spoiler and a few light demples in the hood that could easily b taken out with paintless dent repair (wind storm blew some stuff on the hood from large trees in the yard). There are no dents anywhere else, no door dings, no rock chips or anything like that. Car runs out great and the motor is super strong with no noises, no oil leaks, no smoke or anything like that. Transmission was serviced and the valve body replaced back in the summer to cure a check engine light. Interior is good with only typical light bolster wear on driver seat and a small spot on one of the back seats.
