Great sports car designed for everyday driving. Many features similar to Ferrari at much lower cost. Car was upgraded by previous owner to include special performance chip and performance exhaust. Exhaust is from Fabspeed. Sounds incredible. Only 3k miles on new clutch. Well maintained by Maserati dealer only. Selling due to re-location to California. Performance exhaust is not allowed in California. No Smokers. Garaged. On Dec-25-12 at 10:15:16 PST, seller added the following information: Additional Information: The car has 2 regular (blue) keys and one red valet key. The electronic lock functions on the keys do work. The car does pass the emissions test with regard to the pollution aspect however, in California, modified exhausts are not allowed. The 2 secondary catalytic convertors have been removed which does not match up with the sticker inside the hood so the guy at the test place would not pass it. The 2 secondary cats are not monitored so the check engine light does not come on. I had no problem with it in Kentucky. Not sure about other states. Here's a link to the The sticky button issue on the controls is not severe on this car. Two of the air vents were replaced and are new. The other two are a little sticky. There are a few spots on the window buttons where the finish is wearing off. You can see this in one of the pictures. The NAV button and a few others are kind of sticky. This is typical on Maseratis and the Ferraris from these years. The only other issue with controls is the front power seat button is missing. The seat does operate though. The car has the late 2005 wheels which are also found on the 2006 Gransport model. The car does still have the Navigation unit unlike the 2006 Gransport and the 2005 Anniversary model. The car has two chip upgrades, one for the engine performance that improved horsepower and one for "drive by wire" for improved throttle response. There is no issue with the operation of the electric convertible top. There are a few dents, dings and scratches but nothing serious. You would have to look for them to notice. The wheels have a few flaws. All in all, the car performs exceptionally well and it sounds incredible.
