Fella who had high bid did not send deposit nor even drive two hours to see the car ! so here it is again 132*** miles Daughter thought this was her dream machine, I looked at no less than 14 and this one for these years had the least amount of typical rusty areas in my area of the country. Has new bearing/hub assembly's all the way around tune up...plugs, wires, new distributor, cap and rotor battery less than 4 months old two new O2 sensors bank two 2-3months Previous owner had the fill neck replaced and cats back but i belive stock muffler. I can see that work was done, he also said the timing belt and clutch has been changed, the clutch at 97K but I can not verify that. No problems or indications that it wasnt and the trasmission shift smooth and no slipping. I have had many manual cars thru the years. It is for sale because: She has a baby on the way. She drove the car home from school and said it has a service engine light on, the car has a code saying it needs a crank postion sensor. I am not a mechanic everything I read says might as well replace the timming belt again, along with the idle/tensioner and water pump. The car starts but seems to hesitate on firing right up and idle is higher so reading confirms symptoms fuel and timming CPS issues. She does not want a 2 door so I dont have the interest in fixing it. Buyer responisable for shipping arrangments and costs.
