1953 chevy 2 door sedan(coupe) extremely solid body,frame and floors,Just about as solid and rust free that you will find unrestored.A very straight and smooth car. hot rod black paint,has new dual exhaust all the way out the back with flowmaster mufflers,nice tires on seven inch rally rims with rings and smoothie center caps,new radiator ,good brakes, new upholstery on original seats,new headliner,carpet,door panels,converted to 12 volt system, has a great running 235 straight 6 with rare Fenton aluminum intake with dual holley carbs, custom rear bumper looks and fits very nice, have original front bumper and brackets go with car, gas door filled and smoothed ,filler relocated to inside trunk,,both wing glasses and door glass needs replaced, flat glass is very cheap and easy to replace , and windshield has some bubbling on edges,nearly ready for paint,or leave as is for rat rod look. 3 speed transmission shifts and works fine. could use a new battery, this one doesn't hold up in colder weather. but if it brings a fair price I will replace the battery,a good bit of time and money already spent on the car, have no interest in finishing this one. Would make an excellent street rod,rat rod or just cruise as it is with very little needed. 53's are a very popular model to have...
