We DO NOT guarantee you NO WARNING LIGHTS on deshboard, since we don't own all the cars we have for sale, but re-sell and do not drive them long enough to see if any of the warning lights (such as check engine light for example) comes on.
There is NO WARRANTY as all the cars are being sold AS IS.
All the power equipment, radio, lights, brakes ect. are buyer's responsibility to have it inspected or ask us BEFORE placing his bid.
We have nothing to hide from our buyers and we do our best to put as much description as we can in the auction, but please DO NOT assume anything and ask a question BEFORE the auction ends.
Please, expect POSSIBLE little scratches, bug or rock marks, tiny dents or dings, paint and interior wear when purchasing used vehicle. During normal usage of the vehicle on either the highway or city, this wear is unavoidable. Please understand that you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle, which will have wear, so again, please refer to the pictures posted and if possible, make an appointment to inspect the vehicle yourself. If you change your mind on buying the vehicle you've won, $100 storage fee for the next round auction will be applied. Otherwise, all the non-pay bidders will be reported to eBay and negative feedback with unpaid item record posted.
NO SHIPPING available unless you call us PRIOR to placing your bid and the end of the auction. If you wnat to ship the vehicle after you won the auction, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to inspect the vehicle PRIOR to shipping by a third party.
All vehicles have to be picked up by the winners or a qualified shipper by their choise.
If buyer or shipping company picks up the vehicle, feedback must be entered at the time of delivery.

Fee and Tax Information: $50/day storage fee will be charged after one week of free storage, that is given under one condition only - the vehicle must be paid in full in timely manner (within 3 business days of the end of the auction).
A processing fee in the amount of $175.00 will be added to the total winning bid to cover buyer's expences in picking-up the vehicle. The fee is not negotiable and includes: notary, title transfer, messenger, possible pick-up from airport/bus/train stations in Philadelphia, PA.
All the buyers are required to have thier valid driver's licence and valid proof of insurance upon picking up the vehicle.
