Apologies to those who were bidding for the retraction of this car a few days ago. A man gave me his word he was buying the car and he did not. This auction will run the full 7 days. I will not sell it outside the auction. Don't miss out on this car! If you love Mopars, they don't come along like this one very often. Beautiful Triple Black GTX 440. Comes with original buildsheet, fendertag, has #’s on radiator support and, of course, VIN tag. Had the same owner from 1988 to 2008. Originally a B5 blue hardtop 440, color change to TX9 (black) and added vinyl top in 2006. Paint is slick, glass and chrome on exterior beautiful, vinyl top gorgeous, complete exterior chrome décor (wheel well moldings, side moldings) and tomato red reflective lower stripe. New Magnum 500’s, new exterior door handles, exterior emblems and mirror. Original bumpers very nice. Interior is excellent with seats reupholstered in 2008, new rugs and mats in 2009, dash pad perfect, dash cluster sent away and restored along with wood grain wheel. Door panels beautiful, inner door handles and window cranks new along with sill plates and windlace. All lights interior and exterior work. Bucket seats, console, original automatic on floor(stamped A-727-B ;the B is for big block), original 8 ¾ rear end ( stamped 2881489) with 3:23 gears (posi). Balanced and blueprinted 1969 440 motor (not the original motor), over $7000 in engine, Mopar intake, Mopar .484 Purpleshaft cam, Edelbrock 750 carb, steel heads, electronic ignition with upgraded coil & wires, repro red cap battery. This is a factory power steering car and factory air car. New power disc brakes system installed in 2012 to replace factory drum brakes and new Vintage A/C system with heater and defroster installed in 2012. Have the old A/C equipment including compressor (notice in pictures). New Summit Racing ceramic coated headers installed 2012. I have the original exhaust manifolds. New chrome tail light bezels. This is a beautiful 69 GTX 440 which you can drive anywhere and an excellent muscle car in exceptional condition. Just had it at the Lake Mirror Classic Car Show in Lakeland Florida and it was the hit of the Mopar show. If you need more pictures or information, email gulfto@aol.com or call Dan @ 863-646-3040. This car is going to sell in the next 7 days. If you have negative feedback, please call me before you bid.
