This is a "1" owner vehicle, never before offered for sale since new 54 years ago. This car has been in DC, TN, KS, CO and even shipped to Scotland and back. VIN # on drivers door post is "LS114351". Approximately 1,300 Firesweep Shoppper Wagons were produced in 1958. The title shows the owner purchased in July of 58 for $2,983. The drive train of this car is all original with the Desoto 350 engine, power flight tranny, original wheels etc. The last time the car was service was in 93 and has not been driven since. As you will see from the photos, there is a lot of lower body rust- -however, this wagon is remarkably straight, complete and original. The rear door does not open at this time. Hood is exceptionally straight and rust free. There is no evidence the car has ever been in an accident. As all glass has been intact, moisture to the cars interior has been minimal. The instrument cluster, knobs etc are exceptional. As the photos show, this car has Mopar dealer installed Air Conditioning which appears to be complete. Front floor mat "appears" to be an original. While much of the material remains on the seats, it is only usable for patterns. The grille really is as good as it looks in the photos, near dent and ding free. Side trim has a few dings, but none of it is smashed. All 4 doors operate and are very straight and appear rust free. Engine and drivetrain are very complete- -but condition is unknown. According to the owner, the 106K mileage shown is correct. The engine pad # is not readily visible except for the initial L at the beginning. (very light factory stamping) Glass is exceptional with no cracks or water separation--except for the Windshield which has large crack at top and is not repairable. Also shown and included are the original brake booster which has been removed, and also a pair of rear quarter panel stone shields.
