1973 Honda CB

This is a 1973 Honda cb350 that I received in a trade and is currently not running. I put gas in it and attempted to fire it up when received, but it would not start. I don't have much knowledge with these things and didn't not attempt to fix it. The bike came with a clear title in the previous owners name. all electronics work on the bike and that's about all I know. The turn signals will not be included with the sale of the bike. I'm not certain on the mileage because I was told that both gauges were changed recently.
