Payment Methods Cash in person, certified check, Bank wire transfers, cashier checks, all funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1-business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. We accept up to $500 with credit cards or PayPal including deposit. Additional Fees and Taxes Per our State regulations and company policy, tax and registration fees will be charged to US residence (in accordance to their state and county). Export vehicles are exempt from tax and registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. It is not everyday that I come across a true gem like this one Florida owner 2005 BMW X5.
With 82k miles (Only 10k a year)
This 2005 BMW X5 All Wheel Drive is in mint condition; it looks and drives like new.
The exterior Sterling Gray Metallic is in excellent condition with only a minor scuff on the rear right side bumper (please view pictures for details)
The interior Gray Dakota Leather with Light Poplar Wood trim is in amazing condition. I don’t think there is another X5 in this creampuff condition.
I found the interior to be very luxurious and comfortable. In addition the interior is very quiet in all driving conditions.
This X5 is very well equipped with Premium Package, HI-FI sound system, Bluetooth handsfree system (works great with my iPhone), auto dimming mirrors, automatic climate control, rear climate package, lumbar support, rain sensor auto windshield wipers, interior mirror with compass, power reclining rear passenger seats, panoramic sunroof, and Rear shades.
Cold Weather package – heated seats, heated headlight cleaners, heated mirrors,
heated steering wheel. Excellent for our Northern customers.
This X5 passed a full service inspection including mechanical, electrical and frame and was found to be in excellent condition.

As I mentioned above this X5 is second to none, I don’t think there is another vehicle in the market today from that model year that can be compared. It is clean, well maintained and smoke free vehicle. Driving it is a pleasure. No squeaks or unwanted noise while driving.
The tires
It comes as a complete package with Original Owners manual (with the Bluetooth code), 2 master keys, and Original floor mats.
There is approximately 60% of the tires tread remaining.

Payment Methods
Cash in person, certified check, Bank wire transfers, cashier checks, all funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.
Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1-business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
We accept up to $500 with credit cards or PayPal including deposit.
Additional Fees and Taxes
Per our State regulations and company policy, tax and registration fees will be charged to US residence (in accordance to their state and county). Export vehicles are exempt from tax and registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
