Up for your bidding consideration is a 1988 Honda 1000 hurricane. I would like to start by saying that this motorcycle is in amazing condition for its age. I am the 3rd owner of this bike. It currently has 9829 miles and has just been COMPLETELY serviced from front to back. That service included the following: 1, Front and Rear tires with about 20 miles on them. Wheel bearings inspected while wheels were off 2, Fresh oil and filter change (honda oil and k&n oil filter) 3, Head bearings adjusted and a general checking/tighting of all nut and bolts I am told that this bike is ready to roll and needs nothing by my local dealer. (I have a great deal of faith in these people) The bike starts, runs and rides great. All electrical works as it should...horn, blinkers, head/tail lights, temp/fuel, etc, etc. The motor is completely stock and is very smooth with no misfires, etc, etc, The clutch and tranny are very smooth and percise with no issues whatsoever. The body (plastics and tank) are in AWESOME condition, There is a small scratch in the lower(way lower) right side plastics, and a small scratch on the right side of the fairing. AGAIN...its in fantastic shape for its age!! The SEAT looks like new!! There are no leaks of ANY kind ANYWHERE!! I refuse to have a leaky ANYTHING in my garage. The bike has never been laid down to my knowledge and certainly dosn't look like it has. I have a clean and clear Mo title in my name.
