We have a lot of time, effort and money into listing this motorcycle on ebay. Please be respectful of that and be certain that you intend to follow through with the sale. Your bid is a contract to buy. We have the listing set up to accept bids only from US bidders in an effort to prevent scammers from ruining the auction. If you are a legitimate bidder outside of the US and you have a way to have the bike picked up at our location without it being crated, please e-mail Chris at chris@motoworkschicago.com. Provide him with your ebay ID and confirm that you can arrange international shipping and have the bike picked up uncrated at our location in Chicago, and he will gladly add you to the list that allows you to bid. Talk about turbine-smooth! The Triumph Daytona 675 is a little rocket that is as smooth as glass thanks to its inline three-cylinder, 675cc engine. It's got beautiful power from right off the line all the way up to its 14,000 RPM redline. If you've never ridden one of these, you are in for a life-changing experience. It's so much fun! This one runs and rides great but has a few bumps and bruises, and has a "rebuilt" title. A little info on rebuilt titles: After an insurance company considers a vehicle totaled, it gets issued a salvage title. Often the damage that results in the vehicle being totaled is purely cosmetic. Even if it is more than cosmetic, a licensed rebuilder can repair the damage and then have the vehicle inspected. If there is nothing wrong with it functionally, it is then issued a rebuilt title, which functions the same as a normal title but lets any future buyers know that it was once considered totaled. It doesn't look like this one was in a major wreck, and it runs down the road in a straight line with no hands on the bars. It has been repainted at some point and is showing some age now. It has a brand new battery and a nice set of Michelin Pilot Power 2CTs with lots of tread left. There are 63 pictures below detailing the condition of the bike. Please look at all of them carefully and ask any questions you have before bidding. You can call Chris at 312-878-8711, e-mail him at chris@motoworkschicago.com, or contact us through ebay. The bike is located at Motoworks in the city of Chicago. If you are local and would like to see it in person, please call 312-878-8711 to set up an appointment. Shipping a motorcycle can be expensive, so be sure to look into it before bidding. The zip code is 60608 to help in figuring shipping. Our recommendation for a great shipper is Danny at D&K Services. He can be reached at 973-534-7823. Winning bidder picks up in Chicago or arranges for/pays for all shipping/crating. We'll deliver, uncrated, to a local shipper for $150 extra. We'll deliver within 100 miles of Chicago for $1.50 per mile round trip ($20 minimum). $500 deposit via PayPal due within 24 hours of auction close. Remainder via one of the standard payment methods within seven days. No PayPal for remainder unless you contact us first. The bike is to be picked up within three weeks of auction close. $25 per week storage fee after that. We are a dealer, so we must charge sales tax and process the title and plate if you are an Illinois buyer. If you are a buyer from one of the states that reciprocates with Illinois on sales tax, we must collect sales tax based on the vehicle rate for your state. We can offer financing with competitive rates on your purchase. Please contact us prior to bidding so we can get you approved and figure the terms of the loan.
