"BARN FIND" 1969 VW CONVERTIBLE BUG This VW ran when parked and has been stored in a barn in Pennsylvania for over 20 years! It is in very restorable condition and brand new parts come with the sale! Included are new floor pans, new rail supports and a nice rust free front beam! Engine is free and turns over fine and appears to have been replaced with a new or rebuilt engine before it was stored. Front seats appear to be in good shape, Convertible top needs replaced! Heater channels are in decent condition, the main areas of rust are the floors! This would be a great opportunity to buy a decent VW convertible bug for a father son project over the winter! Car has a clear Pa. title and is an awesome rolling project! Please keep in mind that this is a project! It needs floor pans installed and rail supports replaced. Both floors and rails are rusted! brand new part are included with the sale. The top will also need replaced! Also included with the sale is a very nice solid rust free front beam to replace the old rusted beam that is on the car. You can expect normal wear such as stone chips, dings, dents, fading, rust, dirt, bugs, and anything else that comes with a 43 year old vehicle that spent the last 20 years in a barn.We are a full service air cooled VW shop and restoration work on this vehicle is available after the auction ends!
