Have you ever wondered what it would be like to buy a brand new VW Westfalia right off the dealers’ lot in 1973? Well, this is as close as you might come, There's not many left as nice as this one! This Westy has been garage kept most of its life and it really shows! It has had one repaint in its life and has been touched up a bit over the years and still shines very well for a 39 year old VW! The interior is very nice and all original. The two front seats show only minor wear and are 100% original in very good condition. The body on this VW shows minor wear and has a few small blemishes here and there, but shines very well for its age! This is a very solid original VW with very little to no rust anywhere on the body! Look at the pictures of the front floors.... they are all original paint and in remarkable condition!! It has been meticulously maintained and well preserved over the years! This amazing camper package consist of a single cot upstairs and a double bed down stairs, a sink, ice box fridge, rear dinning table, rear bug screen, and lots of storage space to stow all your gear and then some!! There is a gas heater installed under the jump seat for those cold winter camp outs! The pop top canvas is in great condition and looks to have been replaced at some point in its life! The front and rear flooring is all original and in very good condition. The original interior is in awesome condition. Pennsylvania State inspected until next year! This Westfalia has a 2.0 carborated engine and a 4 speed manual transmission with Empi drag shifter that shifts as it should and has no apparent issues. The engine and transmission have recently under gone a full inspection and both have had recent oil changes. It is running very strong like the day it was new! This VW camper goes down the road like a dream and is ready to travel! This Bus is great and you’ll be amazed at the overall condition. There are very few left like this one! This vehicle shows very minor wear for a vehicle that is 39 years old. Please look at the pictures, I think they speak for them selves. This bus is very nice to say the least! Please keep in mind that this is an older vehicle and it is not new, it was camped in and driven. You can expect normal wear and tear such as stone chips, dings, dents, fading, rust, dirt, and anything else that comes with a 39 year old vehicle. The only issue presently is the fuel gauge only works half of the time, the previous owner kept track of the miles and got gas every 200 miles. If you are looking for a reliable, clean, original VW and a super fun vehicle for the whole family than this is the VW camper for you.
