Very, very nice condition Honda CBR929RR up for auction. I am listing the bike for my brother-in-law who is the second owner of this bike. He bought the bike in what was basically stock condition a few years ago and invested in all of the optional items described below and shown in the pictures. The bike has a hair over 9000 miles on it and has been exclusively driven by an adult Honda enthusiast/collector. We have been doing more touring type riding in recent years and he is interested in selling some of the more sport minded bikes as a result. Check my other auctions for a 1985 Honda VF700 Interceptor and a Honda VTR996 Superhawk. The bike has a clear title and is in excellent mechanical and physical shape, as shown in the pics. Optional equipment on the 929RR includes: *Full system Two Brothers exhaust *Hot Bodies undertail *Custom painted rear wheel hugger *Matching Harris grips and tank protector *Frame sliders *Wheel tape *Capped front turn ports with turns moved to integrated mirrors *After market darkened wind shield Also included in this auction is the original exhaust, wind screen and a spare Second Look seat. The bike has never been down under power, but did tip over in a parking lot this past summer. Luckily my BIL was standing next to it at the time and did catch it on the way down, but it did end up with some scratches on the left slider and crank case (shown in the pics). Since it never went all the down, both sets of scratches are located on the under side of the slider and crankcase, making both more difficult to notice. I have attempted to show both in the included pics. The scratches in the case housing look worse in the pics with the flash and are much less noticeable in person. Lastly, there is a scratch in a trim piece on the wind screen (see pic) and we have been told that a replacement for that piece is a $10 item if you feel like replacing it. My brother in law does not have a Paypal account and will accept cash only at pickup. There will be no shipping for this bike, which can be picked up locally in Crystal Lake, IL.
