This truck is complete and was running when I parked it in my garage. I started to do a complete rebuild on the truck but my circumstances have changed and am now going to sell the truck. I have collected lots of parts as you will see from the pictures. So far I have only removed the front fenders, hood and grill. The engine has great compression and runs smoothly. The drive train all works well, however 2nd gear drops out if you down shift and use it for deceleration (typical of this transmission and is easily fixed by replacing the 2nd gear with a syncro second gear). Front wheels have lockout hubs that work well. The tires are new (not the ones in the picture) 16". I have an extra frame with springs and axles. The body is solid but the floor in the cab has been patched. It is a solid patch but probably should be replaced unless the truck is just going to be a driver. The bed is solid with the exception of a small rust out on the floor near the front of the bed. I have all new parts: light switch, choke cable, window cranks, gauges, 4 wheel drive chrome letters for the hood, all three shift knobs, heater box with controls (used), new electric wiper motor. The steering wheel has been redone (all cracks repaired). The brake shoes have been replaced and new wheel cylinders have been put on the rear wheels. This is a great project truck for a frame off rebuild or put the fenders, hood and grill back on and it would be a good driver. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the truck.
