This Collector's Edition was built in limited quantities with this specific roadster being one of the aprox 1,300 total, however only 469 were built with the "Grand Sport" LT4 engine. Making this even more coveted, this one has one of 244 black interiors. One the newest, best equipped, most desirable C4 available! Finished in Sebring Silver Metallic with 17" Collectior Edition Alloy Wheels, this vehicle's condition is outstanding! The paint is origional, glossy, not faded, and not abused. The wheels are painted silver, have never been refinished, are not corroded, and in excellent condition. These high end wheels are wrapped in Kuhmo Ecsta SPT performance directional radials with many miles of life left in them! The soft convertible top, while is not brand new, does not leak, and shows very well. It is cloth with a glass rear window with rear defroster. The interior is clean, non-smoking, and trouble free. All accessories and power options work as they should. The digital climate control system includes Air Conditioning, and works excellent. The driver's seat left bolster shows some use, but nothing outside of what would be considered normal for a 67,000 mile car. The LT-4 V8 is where this roadster really shines. Very few of the Collector's Edition cars came with this engine option. The LT-4 always came mated to the 6 Speed Manual, making it even more rare and desireable. This is a true collector's vehicle! The engine starts quickly, runs smoothly with no trouble lights, is smoke and leak free; you truly could not ask for more. The transmission shifts throught the gears nicely and the clutch has great response, working as it should. Recent repairs include a brand new Opti-Spark, Radiator, and Water Pump. Recently the plug wires and spark plugs were replaced along with a Mobil-1 Synthetic oil change. These items were replaced as preventative maintaince before their failure.
