This is a 1974 Bronco with A/C that works perfect. It has went threw a 2 year restoration. mileage is orginal at 107k and going up every sunny day! It started rust free and still is rust free with all orginal metal in it and AM radio still works in dash, and 74 owners manuel in the glovebox! I searched for years trying to find one in this good of shape to restore. I didnt have to replace a single piece of sheet metal on this bronco. I am the 4th owner and this bronco with a very nice paper trail of its life. It was ordered and bought new in chattanooga TN at Bert Brown Ford Downtown. Build date was 10/73 The dealer sticker was still on the tailgate when I got it. This truck has never been out of the chattanooga area! It did come with the 73 steering wheel in it because of the build date of 10/73. The interrior has been rhino linned. I done this to be able to put carpet back in it, but it turned out so well I just left it. Both Bumpers , door panels and dash have been powdercoated white. New bright white front seat covers, also with locking console that has cd player in it. I did install the removeable door Hinge's from Tom's just to make it easier to cruise around with the doors off. It also has new seals everywhere, All glass, doors, rear hatch and tailgate. Along with new antirattler kit for doors with new felt also. Motor is the orginal 302 that has been rebuilt about 7k miles, Transmission is 3 speed on the colum with new clutch, Transfer case is dana 20 of course. It does have front Disc brakes with power brake booster (power brake booster was installed after pics were taken of motor). Both front and rear axles have been rebuilt and are like new inside and out. This Bronco was ordered orginally as a base bronco with Rear Seat Delete, manuel Steering and manuel Brakes with the big bearing 9" rear. I also have a power steering setup that I will throw in to the winning buyer( no i will not sell seperate). It is a orginal setup off another 74. The manuel steering doesnt really bother me so I never installed the power. The fenders were cut with fiberglass flares when I purchased it, So I went back just the way it was with new fiberglass flares. This is a Completly restored Bronco with alot more than asking spent over the last 2 years. Its insured for $36k through hagerty! Thousands spent at Toms bronco online with recipts to prove it all. I have sunk well over $30k plus all my hours of working on it!This is the only paint job that has ever been put on bronco and it was painted in August of this year with PPG!I drove the truck for a while before I painted it just to get some enjoyment before I had to worry myself to death every time I was out in it! When I bought it the orginal paint was still on it I have pics of orginal dealer sticker on back, along with orginal paint. New Paint is PPG base, clear and orginal Color. Code was 2472 Midnight Blue Poly with bright white top and flares. The Dash, Door panels ,and bumpers have been powdercoated white. I do have a orginal rear seat out of a 74 with a matching rear bright white seat cover for it But I cannot bring myself to cut the holes and install it since it never came with one. Both rear seat and orginal power steering setup will go with the bronco. Roll bar is painted the same color as the bronco. Everything is Like new on this truck, and runs and drives great! I alaways get compliments every where I take it! I built it to my likes and wants which was pretty much what you might have seen as a driver in 1974. Winning buyer will also recive a custom fit bronco car cover rhat I paid $450 for. It is a very nice bronco for the price and I hate too see it go. I have recipts all the way back to 1977 where that owner purchased parts and he also started a small notebook that went up till 2005. In this was everything done to the bronco for all these years! I would get in this bronco and drive it anywhere it is a very dependiable ride! Take in mind it is still a 1974 Bronco so Buy it and drive it home with the A/C on and enjoy the ride. I also have recipts of everything that was purchased new.It began as a rust free bronco that was alaways garaged kept and very well maintained, and thats the way it will stay as long as its with me. Tires and wheels are also new they are 32" BFG with brand new 5 total 15" wheels. Im sure there is alot more that I have forgot to mention but This is all I can think of at the time.
